On December 9, 1999 Matthew went to the mall to get his first "professional" portraits done. Here's the results.... but don't show them to his grandparents until after Christmas Day, OK?

I know it's a little dark-- his sweater is Navy Blue and the pants are blackwatch (?) plaid.

The reason he's holding the present is that he wouldn't take his fingers out of his mouth so we had to give his hands something ELSE to do! Silly Boy!

Yes, it's another dark photo, but you can see the important part-- his precious smile. Matthew seemed quite worried during his photo session, so the photographer had to grab these smiles quickly!
